Neil de Crescenzo President and Chief Executive Officer

Neil de Crescenzo is president and chief executive officer of Change Healthcare and a member of the company's board of directors. He leads teams working across multiple healthcare segments to help customers achieve their clinical, operational and financial objectives, as well as providing solutions to customers that enable them to better help people maintain or improve their health.

Before joining Change Healthcare, Mr. de Crescenzo was senior vice president and general manager of Oracle's Global Health Sciences business. Prior to joining Oracle in 2006, he spent a decade at IBM Corporation, including his last role as a senior executive for Global Healthcare Business Consulting Services. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in a major hospital system, a large multi-specialty group practice, and at a major health insurer.

Mr. de Crescenzo earned a B.A. in political science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Nashville Health Care Council, NashvilleHealth, and is chairman of the executive committee of the board of directors of the Healthcare Leadership Council. He also is a member of the Aspen Group.

Fredrik Eliasson is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Change Healthcare. Previously, Mr. Eliasson was executive vice president and chief sales and marketing officer for CSX Corporation, a premier transportation company that provides rail, intermodal and rail-to-truck transload services and solutions to customers across a broad array of markets.

From 2012 through August 2015, Mr. Eliasson served as CSX's executive vice president chief financial officer. During his time at CSX, Mr. Eliasson held numerous financial leadership positions, including director of Investor Relations, vice president of Commercial Finance and vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis. He also served in many other senior leadership roles, including vice president of Emerging Markets, and vice president of Chemicals and Fertilizer.

Mr. Eliasson received a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University.

August Calhoun is executive vice president and president, Sales and Operations. Mr. Calhoun brings more than 20 years' healthcare software and services expertise, joining Change Healthcare from Siemens, where he was senior vice president (SVP) and general manager (GM) of Services. In that role, he was responsible for Siemens' North American services portfolio – including strategy, sales, operations and lifecycle management – with more than 3,000 consultants and service professionals.

Prior to Siemens, Mr. Calhoun held increasingly senior leadership positions in several dynamic organizations, demonstrating a strong track record of focusing on customers and business outcomes. He progressed from sales roles at IBM to national sales roles at Dell, then led one of Dell's largest industry verticals. He later served as SVP and GM for the $250M Provider Solutions business at Truven Health Analytics prior to joining Siemens.

Mr. Calhoun has a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Loretta Cecil EVP, General Counsel

Loretta Cecil is executive vice president and general counsel for Change Healthcare. Previously, Ms. Cecil was senior vice president, Governance Relations, at McKesson and general counsel for McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS). She supported the board of directors, chairman, chief executive officer, and other members of McKesson's executive committee regarding governance and related shareholder outreach.

Prior to joining McKesson in 2006, Ms. Cecil spent three years as general counsel and chief compliance officer for NCR Corporation's Retail Division. Prior to that, she was a member of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson), where she led the law firm's national Telecommunications Practice Group and Georgia Government Relations Practice Group. Formerly, Ms. Cecil held several senior positions within AT&T.

Ms. Cecil received her law degree with honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Alex Choy is executive vice president of Research and Development and Information Technology and serves as the company's chief information officer. Before joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Choy was global vice president, Product Development at Oracle Corporation, responsible for all research, development, and delivery of the Oracle healthcare and life sciences product portfolio. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Choy was vice president of Engineering for enterprise software products for Adobe Systems. There he brought in and cultivated an enterprise software culture and product discipline. He also was a key driver of its cloud transformation and key technology acquisitions, leading to the company's digital marketing platform. Before joining Adobe, Mr. Choy held senior product and engineering positions, including founding team level, at Interwoven, Veritas Software, Tandem, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Choy holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Kris Joshi is executive vice president and president, Network Solutions, for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Joshi was global vice president for healthcare product strategy for the Health Sciences global business unit at Oracle Corporation. He helped launch the Health Sciences business unit and successfully led two acquisitions for Oracle in Life Sciences. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Joshi served in senior strategy roles with IBM's Global Sales and Distribution organization, and prior to IBM, Mr. Joshi was at McKinsey and Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies on strategy issues.

Mr. Joshi holds a B.S. in mathematics from the California Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the boards of the Personalized Medicine Coalition and the eHealth Initiative in Washington, DC.

Thomas Laur is executive vice president and president, Technology Enabled Services for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Laur was president of the SAP Health division with responsibility for strategy, innovation, product development, sales, marketing, and operations for SAP's global healthcare business. In this position, Mr. Laur was reporting into the SAP Executive Management Board. Before joining SAP, Mr. Laur was chief executive officer of Sutherland Healthcare, an international services and analytics company of 4,000+ employees.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Laur worked at Cognizant as the managing director of the Healthcare Digital Ventures, and he was also the global director of Strategy. Before this, he served nearly 10 years in senior leadership positions in the strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting and with the mergers and acquisitions team at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Brussels, New York and Boston.

Mr. Laur holds a B.S. in economics and an M.B.A. from the ICHEC Brussels School of Management.

Throughout his career, he has served in many leadership positions, including managing partner of Green Point Partners, vice president of Global Marketing at Fair Isaac Corporation, and several roles at Fallon Worldwide. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the success of businesses such as Nikon, Fortune Brands, Weyerhaeuser, First Bank System, General Mills, ConAgra, Ralston Purina, and Motorola.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Mr. McEnery has completed executive-level coursework at Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management.

He led MHS' portfolio of industry-leading clinical evidence and technology to help payers and providers collaborate for better healthcare at lower costs. Prior to that, Mr. O'Reilly led portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and integrated planning as senior vice president of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Corporation, and he formerly served as president of Health Systems Enterprise Solutions in the company's technology segment. Before taking that role, he was president of the Enterprise Medical Imaging Group. Mr. O'Reilly joined McKesson in 2002 through the acquisition of A.L.I. Technologies, where he had served as vice president of operations since 1998.

Mr. O'Reilly earned his B.A. in business administration from Simon Fraser University and his M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to that, Ms. Whitley-Taylor spent 15 years with GE in a variety of roles and locations, including operations, quality, training, talent management, and human resources. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Ms. Whitley-Taylor has a B.A. in psychology from Radford University. She served as rector of the Board of Visitors at Radford University, and she is a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.

Nick Giannasi is the executive vice president and chief artificial intelligence (AI) officer for Change Healthcare. Prior to joining Change Healthcare, Mr. Giannasi was vice president for life sciences product strategy for the Health Sciences global business unit of the Oracle Corporation. He successfully led product development, including acquisitions and partnerships for Oracle Life Sciences, growing that business significantly during his time with the company. Before joining Oracle, Mr. Giannasi was head of Informatics at GE Healthcare and co-founded a biotech company, Phenocure.

Mr. Giannasi has a first-class bachelor's degree in zoology and biochemistry from The University of Reading and a Ph.D. in population genetics from the University of Wales. He also held a postdoctoral fellowship from the Leverhulme Trust.

Prior to joining the company in 2015, Mr. Bise was a private equity investment professional at Harvest Partners and at Tailwind Capital. He began his investment career at BlackRock as a private equity analyst.

Mr. Bise is a C.F.A. charterholder. He earned a B.B.A. in finance and accounting, summa cum laude, from James Madison University.
